ORDER & DELIVERY

At Shop with Kev, we work hard to source high-quality products at the best prices and deliver them to you as efficiently as possible. To offer you the most competitive pricing, we ship items directly from our global warehouses—including those in the Netherlands and other international locations—via trusted courier services.

Shipping Process

  • Once your order is placed, it is processed immediately. You will not be able to change or cancel it afterward.

  • You can track your order through our tracking system using your order number and the email address you used during checkout. Please allow some time for tracking details to update across all courier systems.

  • For orders with multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You may receive packages at different times.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Average delivery time is 5–7 business days for most locations in Europe and internationally.

  • Please allow up to 20 business days during peak seasons or in case of courier delays before contacting us for an update.

Incorrect or Unclaimed Shipments

If incorrect shipping details are provided at checkout, or if:

  • You miss all delivery attempts, or

  • Fail to collect your package from a pickup point in time,

…the package may be returned to us or destroyed. In such cases, we will issue a partial refund, deducting all related shipping and handling costs, including return shipping and any courier surcharges.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders begin processing within 1–2 days after placement. You have a 2-hour window from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or change. After this period, your order is considered final sale.

TAXES & DUTIES

Please note:

  • Taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by your local government are not included in the product or shipping costs.

  • These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
